Suggested day by day

Days 1–4 — Tokyo.
Days 5–7 — Kyoto (JR Pass window opens).
Day 8 — Hiroshima: Peace Park in the evening calm.
Day 9 — Miyajima in the morning, then on to Osaka.
Days 9–12 — Osaka, with an optional Mt. Koya day.
Day 13 — Departure.
